On the second floor are two bedrooms, the bedroom available is large (can fit a queen bed) with 14ft ceilings and a large closet. There is a shared bathroom, linen cabinet and storage closet.

I just received my MBA in May from Columbia Business School. I grew up in Los Angeles and have been in New York for the last 5 years. Before business school, I was working in the art industry and am still deciding what is next (was a strange way to end school). I am a easy going, nonjudgemental person. I like my home to be a safe/comfortable/sacred space, especially during this pandemic. I am very flexible and like getting to know new people and learn new things. I have all the TV logins (Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, HBO MAX, Showtime, Criterion Collection, etc) not that I use all of them. I also have a lot of books, but there's still more room. As you can see in the images I occasionally hula hoop and do other work out type stuff.
The backyard has been a gift with corona virus. I am currently putting in more fake grass, which will be done this weekend, and working on planting herbs, vegetables and flowers.
The apartment is on the backside of the street so quite, barely feels like you are in the middle of the city.
Hosted my first summer dinner in the backyard under the tree lights this past Friday.
