The apartment is located on west 16th street right next to Google and it?s a 5 minute walk to West Village, many amazing restaurants + close to Chelsea piers (a great spot for running!) The total rent for the entire unit is 2395, split between two it?s slightly over $1000 a month. That?s an amazing and unheard of deal!!! The rooms are nearly exactly the same size, however, I?d be willing to pay more for my share since it?s the larger of the two. The apartment is close to A/C/1/F/M/B/D/W/N/R trains.

I am a young 20-something professional who works in growth marketing for a popular DTC company. I am super clean, organized, respectful and love decorating my living spaces with a west elm style. Like most I?ve been spending a lot of time at home recently, however I am quiet and mostly keep to myself. I would like to be friends and or/friendly with my roommate. I like traveling, running, wine tasting and learning about different cultures.
