I'm looking for someone to sublet my room starting on January 1st.
The building is in an incredible location right on the border of Chelsea and Greenwich Village (14th between 7th & 8th) and the apartment has an EXTRA BEDROOM that can be used as an office/walk-in closet/extra storage, etc.
The room will be can be furnished or unfurnished (all clothes, shoes and personal belongings will be moved out prior to your move-in date), with a full size bed, built in wall-to-wall closet, nightstand, dresser, A/C unit, etc. The room gets a ton of natural light and is very spacious.
About the apartment:
-Fully furnished
-Office/spare room (approx. 12 x 5 ft) can be used as an office, extra storage, closet, etc.
-rooftop access with great views
Amazing location in Chelsea/Greenwich Village (14th between 7th and 8th)
-Half a block from the 1,2,3 trains L, and ACE trains and one avenue from the FM trains
-The apartment is on the top floor (5th floor walk up - it's worth it, I promise) and has skylights that let in natural light
-Very spacious living room and kitchen
