Your fully-furnished private large bedroom (11x14) has a king-sized bed with linens & storage underneath, flat-screened t. v. with DVD capability built in, VCR & loads of movies, desk & shelving, closet, bureau, & a window with A/C that faces a quiet courtyard not the street. With all modern conveniences: part-time doormen, 2 elevators (4th floor), laundry & garage in the basement, dishwasher, microwave, & wifi.
Occupancy: April 15. One month's rent & half the utilities & a security deposit of the same amount, so $1,255 total per month. References a must.
