The apartment is located few steps away from the Highline and the A, C,E, 1, 2, 3 and L trains.
The room is available as of November 9th and comes furnished with a twin bed, desk, five drawers? chest and small closet.
Monthly rent is $1,000, including utilities (Gas/Electricity/Wifi)
Additionally, security deposit required ? $1,000 -
Preferably someone who would stay at least 3 months, maximum 6 months

Both roommates in the apartment are European. We are looking for a quiet female roommate. You must be very clean, respectful and responsible.
No visitors, no parties
