I am looking for someone to join me in my awesome Chelsea apartment with my cat, Kylo Wren. The apartment is very spacious, has original hardwood floors, lots of natural light, and a PRIVATE BALCONY! The bedroom available for rent fits a queen sized bed comfortably, has a massive floor-to-ceiling closet, and views of the new Hudson Yards skyline. I’m hoping to have someone move in between 5/1-6/1

- building has 24/7 security
- laundry in the building on ground floor
- centrally located, access to almost all train lines within 1-5 block walk, 3 blocks from MSG
- eat in kitchen
- apartment is fully furnished, excluding room available for rent

The cost of rent is $1600 a month, which includes electricity, internet and HVAC.
