Large bedroom & own bathroom in West Chelsea

Hello ! I'm looking for a kind, respectful, lowkey and mature roommate to fill the 2nd bedroom in my 2-bedroom/2-bathroom 4th floor walk-up apartment in West Chelsea for a late April or May 1, 2021 move in.

The bedroom is quite large, measuring 14x10 and there is enough space to accommodate queen/king bed, a desk, and a dresser very comfortably without feeling cramped. You have a very large closet, and additional storage space above the closet. You also have your own bathroom. The rent for the room is $1450 per month plus utilities - WiFi which is $35 each and ConEd, which ranges from $30-$60 each depending on the month.

The only common space is a small-ish kitchen - there is no living room. I use the kitchen for light cooking, and like to keep everything pretty clean and tidy. No garbage or open food left out, no dishes left in the sink, etc.

I am a 30 year old gay male working in film publicity, and currently still working from home throughout the week, although I do try to spend as much of the day outside as I can. Under normal circumstances, I would be out of the apartment most of the time. I am a very lowkey, respectful and mature roommate - cognizant of noise levels, cleaning of the kitchen, etc.

I am open to a short or long term sublet, and asking for first and last month’s rent to move in, and I would draft up a sublease agreement for us both to sign.
