Queen Size Bedroom for Rent in Chelsea!

The bedroom advertised is a queen size, the living room is spacious, it has a full size kitchen, good size bathroom (with bathtub), and lots of windows and good natural light in every room.
No laundry in the apartment, but there are plenty laundry mats nearby, and no dishwasher.
The apartment is on a 4-floor walk up, and it's located in a prime area in Chelsea. 2 min-walk from Chelsea Market, and 3 mins walk from A, C, E, L trains, and another 5 min walk from the red line.

I am a 32 professional working two days from home and 3 days from the office. Looking for someone who is clean, friendly, but also respects privacy.

I have two small friendly dogs (hypo allergenic ) who do not shed, and are well trained.
Another small dog would be considered, just not cats please, as my dogs don't seem to get along with them, sadly.
