I have a room available for April 1 move in, located on 23rd and 9th ave in Chelsea. Monthly rent is $1,250 plus 1 month deposit at move-in. The lease ends on August 31, but current roommates are open to renewing if interested. The current roommate is only moving out to a place that's closer to his work in Brooklyn. Short-term renters are ok.

Apt is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up and features a large living room with 70in tv and separate large kitchen. Roof is accessible by stairs and only 2 floors higher. Bathroom is small but has done the job for almost 9 years. There is a drop-off laundromat around the corner and a full service laundromat 1 block away. Plenty of restaurants and bars right by the doorstep and a grocery store across the street.

Bedroom fits a full bed, space for a dresser, tv, and has a closet plus overhead storage. Rest of the apartment is furnished.

Both roommates have full time jobs and are very easy going.
