No-Frills 5Th Floor Tenement Walk-Up

The apartment is a two-room 5th-floor walk up tenement apartment in Chinatown on East Broadway, across from the corner of Seward Park, on the F train. Great location. The smaller back room [available] is quiet. has two closets, and faces the air shaft between buildings. The larger front room [currently me] has the sink, stove, and fridge at one end. It faces the street, is loud, and has less privacy. So the trick is coordinating use of the kitchen when I am not sleeping.

There's a small hallway that connects the front and back rooms. The front door is along the hallway, as is the bathroom [behind the kitchen wall]. I am an older punk dude who is professionally employed. I keep early hours, the apartment is tidy enough, and I don't have people over very often. The building is quiet, and I'm a decent housemate who's easy to get along with. $1200 includes utilities and internet cable. No security deposit is required. Currently available.

The room is quiet and would be good for a student. It is not currently furnished, but I would be happy to get basic furniture as needed.
