Double room in Nolita (short-terms welcome)

Hello guys,

We have a double room available in Nolita from December 2020. The apartment has just been refurbished, the location is great, and the roommate even better: ).

All the bills are included and the room is furnished. The apartment has a great and cozy living room, and the room has a very nice window (just in case you were wondering). The location is just unbeatable, 5 minutes walking to Soho, and Little Italy, with lots of nice cafes, restaurants, and pubs around. Connected to three subways within walking distance: B/D-6-C.

I'm a young professional working in the contemporary art industry, clean, respectful, and very easy going.

Shorter stays are also considered. Couples are welcome.
Short term rentals will be priced per night.
