Great neighborhood surrounded by restaurants, shopping, art galleries, and nightlife.

We are a married couple, working professionals in our 30s and 40s. We have a peaceful, friendly, and communicative household, and look forward to finding a third roommate with similar preferences who's responsible, quiet, mature, and around our ages.

Rent is $1000/month plus utilities. To move in: first month's rent plus security deposit including $100 key deposit - $3,100.00 total.
