Looking to fill the room in my Chinatown apartment!
The room is on the smaller side, but will fit a twin/full size bed and a couple pieces of furniture. It also has a closet and gets lots of sunlight. Laundry is right next to the building, and the kitchen is renovated. It's seriously a steal for the area!
I'm kind, outgoing, and friendly and try to be very considerate of others. I'm pretty clean, but not obsessive. I don't usually bring people over or make a lot of noise.
I'm looking for someone who can be respectful of the space (regarding noise, cleanliness, and notifying me if they plan to bring someone over, which I'm totally fine with) and wouldn't mind being friends!
Chinatown is a great neighborhood. You are within walking distance to Soho, LES, Fidi, Tribeca, Nolita, all the great spots. The community is great and changing, so this apartment is a steal! Feel free to reach out to me so we can get coffee and chat.
