Very large bedroom on 6th floor of elevator building. The bedroom faces East, gets amazing light, and has a small balcony. It has a large closet, heating and air conditioner.
The apartment is a 2 bedroom, and you'll be sharing with my roommate of 3 years. Great guy, architect working in the city, keeps to himself. There's a good kitchen and dining table, plus a big bathroom with vanity and marble tiling. All common areas are fully equipped.
5 minutes to B/D/F/M trains. 10 min to 1/2/3/5/6/J/Z trains. Location is incredible.
Ideal sublease period is Feb 17 to May 31, but let me know if you need to negotiate that. I am able to show the apartment all nights this week.
OPTIONALS: I am able to leave the curtains and the queen bed frame (see pictures), if desired. I won't leave the mattress, but am also able to provide a queen size inflatable mattress.
