I have a room available in Chinatown, right next to Columbus Park! It is going for $1000 a month + internet ($16.66/month per person) and electricity. Applicants should make 50K+ and have 700+ credit scores - no guarantors accepted. The credit check will be $35 but other than that, there are no other moving-in fees.

The kitchen is giant and you'll even have a dishwasher in-unit.

This is a room in a true 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. You will be living with two other females - one is a law student and the other is a nurse. The lease will end on May 31st, 2022.

This apartment is in a 4th floor walkup, but you'll be getting your steps in! A laundromat is literally right next door. Throw your clothes in, go watch Netflix for half an hour, and then head back down. Did I mention rent is only $1000 a month?

Notes:
- Move-in date is flexible (ideally would like someone in on or before November 1st). Would also be willing to pro-rate accordingly
- Landlord will check credit and income. Deposit required.
