Subleting my studio in chinatown (2050 a month)

Hi! I'm subletting my studio apartment in Chinatown for the rest of my lease.
I need someone that can move in LATEST August 1st, earliest July 15th. My lease will go until January 1st 2023. So that means you will have to commit for 5 months.
The studio is 2050$ a month
There is a separate room for a kitchen, a bathroom, and the main room. There is a bath!
CATS ARE ALLOWED - NO DOGS
Wifi is included
Heat and water are included
Electric and gas NOT INCLUDED

This studio is in the heart of the historical Chinatown NYC - Its literally in the cutest spot. Near the canal street station. Its a very quiet and SAFE area
The apartment building is small - its a five story building - each floor has one studio. There are in total 4 studios in this building. NO ELEVATOR OR DOORMAN. THE STAIRS ARE NARROW

For NYC standards - THIS APARTMENT IS SMALL
