URGENT: Must fill room in Chinatown 2 bed for 1 or

Hello everyone! I’m looking for a subletter to fill the second room in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Lower Manhattan(specifically Elizabeth street in Chinatown). The room is opening April 1 and will be available for 1 or 2 months(up to you). It is a really great apartment with tons of natural light and very solid bedroom and living room sizes.

It is $1650/month including prorated brokers fee. Utilities are gas/electric and wifi, and there would need to be a refundable security deposit as well.

I am a 24-year-old working in media and production and waiting tables. I like to keep the common spaces relatively clean. I am very easy going.

The living spaces are furnished and the room could include a queen size bed if that would be of interest.
