Room available in the heart of Chinatown

Located on Mott St. I(42m) am looking for a roommate for an unfurnished room though the rest of the apartment is furnished.

I am the first resident of this renovated fully renovated apartment which has 1.5 bathrooms, something I can't say enough about. Full size appliances and a counter top dishwasher that I have only used once as I don't make enough of a mess to really need it(it was a hand me down).

I am rarely home as I work outside the state. Looking for someone who is pretty chill, cleans up after themselves and understands that I go to work at all hours so I need and will provide a quiet apartment when necessary.

Really what I am saying is, if I have work please don't be loud and I will make sure to do the same for you. I have headphones I paired to the TV for when my former roommate worked(we are in the same industry).

Also apparently this site hates portrait style photos and rotated them.
