Room in a 2br in HK Jan 1st

I am looking for someone to take the smaller bedroom in a fully renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Hell's Kitchen. The apartment is very big and includes a dishwasher and laundry is in the building on the floor below. I am a 29 year old gay male looking for a male or female professional that works 9-5 each day. I am home-based and work for a pharmaceutical company but travel about 1 night per week, so it would be best if you did not also work from home. An added bonus is that my company pays for the internet so you would not have to pay for that expense. I do have a 1 year old french bulldog who is amazing and fully house trained. Ideally I would like to find a roommate that is a dog lover and would not mind taking her out a few times a week when I am gone and feeding her. If you were to do this for me, I would only make you pay $1200 per month - a great deal. Also, I am a social and active guy, but absolutely no parties or overextended guests. A few people over is okay for drinks, but not a regular occurrence. If you decide to take the room, it would be $2900 to secure the apartment (first months and security). Looking to have someone sign ASAP. This is an amazing apartment and a great deal. I will also be purchasing a new couch and tv for the living room.
