Middle room with spacious closet + full size bed. Plenty of storage space. No windows.
No one will walk thru your room. To maintain privacy, previous roommates have used the back door entrance to enter/exit the room and then walk to the main apartment entrance to use the bathroom/kitchen. Hence why we made the rent relatively inexpensive.
To be transparent, the apartment building may be an ugly duckling, but for the location (and price) and interior is unbeatable!

- Near major subway stations: N R W C E B D 1
- no laundry in building but laundromats on the same block
- lots of bars, restaurants, groceries
- 4th floor (3 flights of stairs)
- 2 entrances
- walking distance to NY Public library, Planet Fitness, CVS
I pretty much keep to myself , but occasionally grab a drink when I?m free! I don't bring the party home and love to keep the space drama free. Looking for someone who fits this dynamic.
