This is a basement bedroom of an existing apartment that is furnished with a futon, desk, wardrobes and dressers. It has an attached bathroom with shower that you?ll have to yourself. The room is large and private. I fit my own full size bed in there along with futon to create a studio like space. That bed I am willing to sell separately. There are no fees and all utilities are included. You share cooking space and refrigerator in the rest of the apt. Move in as soon as August 1st!
