Need 3rd Roomie! Spacious apartment w/ laundry

Hi! My friend and I are looking for a third roommate for an early November move-in. We are renting a newly renovated apartment in Hell's Kitchen steps from the 1 and A/C/E trains. The kitchen is brand new and there is laundry in the unit. There is also a private patio! Your room is the one included in these pictures, it can fit a full sized bed and has a closet.. We have a video walk through as well we can send you.

Little bit about us: We met while working abroad in London and now both have jobs based out of NYC. I?m 26 and work in marketing, she?s 25 and works in finance. We both are pretty social and love to do new things in the city or go out for the night but can definitely kick back for a relaxed night watching movies and drinking wine too.

Rent will be $1416 per month. Upon move in, you will need to pay your first month rent and security deposit (also $1416). If you?re interested in being our third roommate, feel free to message me!
