Hell?s Kitchen Large Bedroom

Looking for a roommate for December 1st for my 2 bedroom 1 bath walk up apartment in Hell?s Kitchen. I?ve lived here for almost four years now and don?t have any complaints. The bedrooms are huge for NYC (13.5ft x 11ft). Previous roommate was one of my best friends from childhood but unfortunately she?s moving in with her boyfriend. Apartment is located on 49th Street between 9th and 10th and very close to 1, C, E, N, Q, R, and W trains. I?m very relaxed as a roommate and friend. Not much bothers me, I don?t think I?ve ever gotten into an fight with my roommate in three years (communication is key!). The other tenants in the building (mostly other gay men) are also quite relaxed, I?ve never received a noise complaint in 3+ years. Pictures of empty room are actually of my bedroom, they?re quite comparable. Pictures of room with furniture is the bedroom for rent. Furniture is available for purchase from my existing roommate. The rest of the apartment is completely furnished and nothing else would need to be purchased upon moving in. I would prefer to live with a girl or a gay man but that?s not a requirement.
