This apartment is absolutely amazing and I'm devastated to be leaving but my job has gone remote permanently and I've fallen in love with a man with a house on Long Island.

This bedroom is upstairs in a 3 bedroom duplex on the top floor of a low rise, recently renovated Hell's Kitchen building (there is an elevator to the 5th floor). The other two bedrooms are on the first floor of the duplex with the kitchen, eating area, and a bathroom. The upstairs bedroom sits behind the shared living room. There is a bathroom upstairs that is exclusively for the use of the upstairs bedroom tenant (the downstairs roommates exclusively use the downstairs bathroom). There are two entrances into the apartment, one downstairs on the main floor by the kitchen, and one upstairs by the upstairs bedroom accessed by one flight of stairs after an elevator ride to the 5th floor (perfect for coming home and not wanting to have to talk to anyone! or not wanting to worry about waking anyone up! or having to carry anything up the spiral staircase).
