Hi Ladies,

I'm a 25 year old female looking for a another female roommate to get a 2br apt with!

My budget is: $1, 300
Move in date: now until Nov 1st
Ideal locations can be anywhere except nothing past 95th street. I've looked at some downtown and UES 2br apts that are $2400-2800 a month.

What I want in a roommate:
Female, mid 20s
Working professional - makes at least 50k a year
Responsible, friendly, respectful
No live in bf, no drama
Doesn't bring the party home
CLEAN
It would be cool to drink wine & watch Netflix together - but we don't have to be best friends
no pets

A little more about me:
I work in fashion from m-f 830-6pm
I try to work out when I have time
I do happy hours and dinners during the week after work
some weekends I go to my parents in LI
on weekends I like to go to the park, brunches, relax, sometimes work
