Looking for One Roommate

My friend and I are looking for one more roommate so that we can begin looking for a three bedroom apartment. We would like to be in lower manhattan preferably 28th and lower but we are flexible for the right home. I am a male and my roommate is female. We are not in a relationship just good friends from college. (hofstra)

We are both into the arts and have full-time positions. Our budget is 1,200 and we can go north of that but would like to stay in that range if not cheaper. Our ideal move in date is the beginning of January. We are super lade back people but are also very tidy and aware of what it takes to be a good roommate.

I hope to hear back from a few good people who are looking to enjoy themselves in a new lower manhattan apartment.
