Prime location just 1.5 blocks from the L train, Target, and Trader Joe's and 3 blocks from Tompkins Square Park. It's about a 12 minute walk to Union Square or the LES.

This has been a great home, but now I am looking for a responsible subletter interested in staying until spring (can offer as late as May 31 with option to renew).
