We are a 3 person share and looking for 1 new person.
There are 2 women here now: the owner (artist and art history teacher) and an architect.
Loftmates have stayed for years, and we have become good friends.
This is a non-smokers home.
And we are Covid-conscious.
One cat lives here. She does not like other pets, but she loves people.

Newly painted, charming, furnished room (12 ft x 15 ft) with private entrance, very sunny with 3 big windows.
Huge, clean shared bathroom. Full sized washer/dryer in laundry room within bathroom.

In the room: queen-size bed, linens, furniture as seen in photos, mini-refrigerator, microwave, dishes, flatware.
High speed Wi-Fi. New flat screen TV with cable, HBO, and Showtime.
Air-conditioned, great heat in winter

In the loft: The kitchen borders on my studio area, but moderate use works well.

Price $2000 plus 1/3 share of utilities and supplies which include electric, gas, heat, WiFi, cable, cleaning products, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Time: yearly preferred, monthly possible
