It can fit two comfortably. Extra charge for second person.

What makes this a unique listing is that we are located 3 blocks from Central Park and a block away from the 6 subway train. There are also a lot of buses. It takes 15 minutes to get to Grand Central Station from the apartment.

FURNISHINGS IN REAR BEDROOM:
The large Room is lovely with lots of light--two windows which overlook a tree-lined back yard area. There is a Queen Sized Bed,(with sheets and covers), towels, dresser with small lamp, night stand with small lamp and clock desk with chair, book shelf, wall shelf, ceiling fan/light and nice sized closet with storage shelves. TV in large room. They are given sets of towels, bed sheets and covers.
The bedroom comfortably fits two. (There is extra charge for second person)

Guest are expected to clean their room. Otherwise, they will be charged a weekly cleaning fee of $50.
Guest must book minimum stay of one (2) month.

If you spend less than 3 months, all rent must be paid up front.

Kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, stainless steel sink, microwave, toaster, juicer, pots, pans, plates, silverware), bathroom with tub & shower and 4 seat dining area. Piano in living room.

The building is a 4 story walk-up and is safe and secure. The area has lots of grocery stores, supermarkets, 24 hour bodegas & Delis, restaurants, take-out/delivery, Chase Bank and Duane Reade nearby, library, post office, movie theatres, hospitals, and CENTRAL PARK 3 BLOCKS AWAY.

College students, interns, single persons, couples, students, professionals, and tourist are all welcome.

*There is an extra fee of $250 a month fee for couples.
*There is one month rent and one month and a half security deposit required of all renters.
*Student must pay everything up front for the semester.
*Tourist must pay everything up front for the length of their stay
