Rent is $1075 including utilities (gas, electric, cable, Wi-Fi, renter's insurance) and requires signing a 12-month lease. Move in is July 1st with first month's rent plus one month for a security deposit. Good credit is needed or a guarantor for landlord approval. Your room has two closets, four windows, AC unit built in and your own private bathroom.
Looking for:
Female roommate between the ages of 24-30 to resign my current lease with. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who's chill and easy to get along with and live with. You don't have to be a super neat freak, but as long as you're good about cleaning up after yourself, we'll get along great.
Other things: the living room is furnished with two couches, coffee table, dining room table, and entertainment center with Wii, DVD player, and cable, which you are free to use. The A/C unit in your bedroom comes for free, but you have to pay $33/mo to management to operate it (for yours, and half the A/C unit in the living room).
