Big room for Rent in nice building

Hello, I am currently renting out a bedroom in my two bedroom apartment. The bedroom is big and private. You will have access to the bathroom, kitchen and living room as well. The fee is $900 monthly not including electricity. There are no pets allowed in the builing. I also have two children they are big girls not babies, and we all have our own personal agendas(out most of the time). I need someone responsible I do not like rodents so you have to be clean.
