Sublet wanted

My apartment is 900 square feet in total with three bedrooms, two that are occupied by full time female students. The rest of the apartment is comprised of 1. 5 baths, kitchen, dinning room, living room, and balcony. My room comes fully furnished with a twin sized bed, closet with builtins, garment rack, dessert, and shelving. Its located on 1st Ave and 102nd street, so right near the East River which you can see at the end of the street. The room is available from Mid December till Mid August 2015.
