Beautiful renovated 2 bedroom apartment!

This apartment is located in the heart of El Barrio.
The apartment is right above the 6 train, making it a very, very convenient location. 6 at 116th St, 1 min. 6 at 110th St, 7 min. 4 , 5 , 6 trains at 125th St, 10 min. 2, 3 trains at 116th St, 13 min. 2, 3 trains at Central Park North (110th St), 14 min. Metro North Metro North at Harlem-125th St., 11 min.

We have a Costco, Target and Marshalls right on 117th street.

Hard wood floors, granite counters, full-sized stainless appliances, and a beautiful bathroom that features a window facing a small courtyard/garden, both bedrooms in apartment are queen-bed size!

Only one other family lives in the building, its pretty quiet.

I have 2 kittens but all other pets are welcome!

We have roof access.

I'm a pretty calm person, so I like to be at home. I'm currently a student at The New School (Junior atEugene Lang). My boyfriend pays a portion of the rent as well (he goes to Fordham) so he stays over about 5/7 days of the week. We aren't bothersome at all. We love to play video games or board games but don't often host parties at the apartment.

We like to keep our privacy and so we of course would be very respectful of your personal space!

I've been living in this apartment since May 2014 and have absolutely loved it, which is why I intend on staying and finding a roommate for our second bedroom.

I would love to start getting to know people now in order to make sure we are good fits for each other, as home is a really important place for me and I'd like it to be as comfortable as possible for you and I.

The living room is already furnished with one large couch and another small one with a largish coffee table. I cook/bake a lot so I've got pretty much everything we need in the kitchen however I'd prefer to keep our stuff separate, but I also don't mind sharing.

In the apartment, each bedroom has a closet within, and there are two additional closets in the living room (one will be yours), so you'll have two closets. And the bathroom is located on your side of the apartment. (Bedrooms are totally separate and on opposite sides of the space, separated by the living room and kitchen).
