My son and I are looking for someone to rent a spare room in our 3 bedroom apartment in east Harlem, the room face 5th ave, three blocks away from Central Park, the room has it on private entrance, between 2 major subway stations, the apartment is very clean, we are a non smokers, turtle pet, over all a safe and clean environment to live in.

for couples will be an additional $200. 00 ( with all inclusive )
