2nd bedroom available in a two-bedroom apartment on 116th St between 3rd and 2nd. 5-minute walk to the subway, on a very safe, well-lit block (116th St is a two-way street with FDR access).

The bedroom will be unfurnished, but the spacious, shared living room is furnished, and the kitchen well-stocked. The lease runs through August, but as I am likely to renew, there will be the opportunity to stay on.

I am a full-time student and also work several nights a week, so I am not home a lot during the week. I do have a sweet and loving dog - and she makes very good company.
