Beautiful, Manhattan-cozy furnished room available in pre-War walk up. Apartment is 1/2 block from the subway and 2 blocks to Central Park, this quiet apartment is in a fun and colorful neighborhood full of coffee shops, restaurants and plenty of fancy or simple grocery options. This place is well suited for the person who works a day job. Current roommates try to work alternating schedules: one is rarely there at night, mostly using the space as an office during the day and the other works a day job, coming home to sleep at night. Just trying to create a respectful atmosphere where space is considered. Male or female roommate welcome. We are a 39 year old, American male documentary filmmaker and a 42 year old, American male museum administrator. 1 month rent + deposit to move in. 3-9 months stay preferred, longer for the right fit.
