I have a room available in a 3 bedroom on East 103rd St between Park and Lexington Avenues. The bedroom is roughly 9x9 with a street facing window and a view of a small park, courtesy of Disney a few years ago.

The apartment is right by the 6 train at e103rd, half a block walk.

Bedroom has a nice size closet, windows and a door - no false partitions, real 3 bedroom apartment. There is a common area with comfy couch and coffee table that connects to kitchen. There is a TV in common area, available for sharing although neither of us here right now really watch TV much out there versus our own rooms. Complimentary Netflix, HBO, Showtime, and cable included in $900 rent.

Roof access with nice inside Manhattan view and also many diverse places nearby that are open late for food and drinks or just a deli run.

The room is available for September 1 or a few days sooner. First month and last month required for move in, $1800 total.
