$1300 great room in a beautiful apartment!

The room comfortably fits a full/queen size bed and has a great Ikea closet (additional storage in the hallway, too). The bedroom for rent and the living room have exposed brick. The shared spaces are already furnished, including the kitchen (minus a coffee maker, sorry!). The kitchen also has a dishwasher and updated steel appliances.
It is SUPER close to the 6 train at 110th Street and a 15 minute walk to the new Second Avenue Q line. There is a laundrymat on the block, and another one right around the corner. There are three grocery stores within 3 blocks of the apartment. Target and Costco are also only a few blocks away.
I also have a very loving dog. She is an older black lab who absolutely loves people and keeps mostly to herself. I honestly don't remember the last time she barked.
A little bit about myself - I work in education, so I wake up early and go to bed relatively early most nights. I'm respectful and clean, too!
