I am looking for a female roommate to sign a 1-year lease renew along with another incoming roommate for a July 1st lease start date.

In total, you can expect to pay about $964/mth. This includes rent/utilities ($932) + internet/cable ($32).

The available room measures: 10ft x 9ft (window facing south) with a 6'wide closet. It fits Full-size bed comfortably, and may be a little tight with a queen.

The apartment is pretty spacious and located on the 23rd floor, so you will have some pretty great views. Communal furniture is welcome, as a lot of the current furniture will be removed. Laundry in the building.

A little about me: I am a photographer working in the furniture and design industry. I generally like to keep to myself when I'm home. I would prefer roommates who are clean and not too loud. Parties/small get-togethers, and visitors are cool here and there. I just expect people to be respectful and reasonable.
