I go to college so I prefer a quiet home when I come home to it, you can have guest over but just in your room, I'm sure you understand home is where you come home too and relax and everyone in my building is friendly and they each have nice apt so we will maintain ours as well.

the building is new it is one of the new develp on 2nd because of that whole new subway line on 2nd, it was opened 2015. it has 9 story, elevator, laundry in building( every other floor) and storage spaces in the building, each floor just has 2 apt.

. live on 2nd avenue and 110, 2nd avenue has a lot of great spots you can walk too , its such a convenient spot for someone who is always commuting on the train.
room is furnished queen bed with office chair and desk.

you would sign a lease with me till july 1 2017 starting sept 1 2016.
I may renew for my third year summer of 2017 but that's a long way from now

background and credit check will be done by me

to move in you would need first month rent ( duh :) and last month rent ( hence your security deposit )

apt has only one occupant me and my cat Derek.
