Month to month or weekly temporary housing

I am renting out a huge furnished bedroom in my spacious 2bdrm apartment for $325/week or $1200/month available starting March 26th. This is a beautiful apt you will love. I would prefer people in need of short term housing (few weeks or month to month/summer internships) or someone in transition who will be looking for somewhere to stay whilst searching. Room is fully furnished in a spacious elevator building with laundry downstairs and all. No extra furniture is allowed since room and apt already furnished. Month to month, or weeks at a time, as per your preference.
