Room available in East Harlem right next to the 6 Train on 116 St. Only 20 minutes from Grand Central. Looking for someone to rent from May 1 to September 30. I am willing to rent for shorter amount of time for higher rent. Apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom and has a lot of natural light. Apartment is furnished and room can be furnished or unfurnished. The room fits a queen bed. Utilities/Internet are about $100 a month and I also have a cleaning lady that comes in once a month for $40. I'm a professional in his 20s that works in midtown. Looking for someone that is respectful and clean.
