The room is furnished with a bed, dresser, end table, dresser, and full closet. This a spacious room unlike most apts in NYC.

Shared clean kitchen, clean bathroom, and clean living room with super cool, down to earth 27 y. o fashion industry women. One girl and her bf has the master bedroom. There isn't ever any drama. Everyone is respectful and cleans after themselves, which makes the apartment share more homey.
We also hire a cleaning lady to come by and get the nitty gritty once a month.

Transportation nearby is super convenient!! The apt is only 2 blocks from the 4/5/6 station. There is the M60 bus to laguardia airport, and 5 other buses that can get you to the 2/3 station, A/C/B/D station, and 1 train station all within 10-15 mins.

I work in Union Sq, and I get to the 14th street station from here in 15 mins on the 4/5 train. Pretty amazing!

Neighborhood is safe, we have 24h security, and a police department nearby.

There is also a very clean and recently renovated laundry room in the building.

I go on runs daily, I run along the Harlem River Drive. It's extremely pleasant, only a half mile away and there are plenty of people out walking, jogging, and walking their dogs.

There are also plenty of shopping stores and restaurant/lounges nearby. The best after work crowds in the city! Target and Costco are in the opposite direction and there is a Whole Foods projected to open in the summer.
