Large, sunny room available for lease renewal

We are two young female professionals working in Midtown and we are currently looking for a new 3rd party that would like to renew the lease with us for our newly renovated spacious 3 bedroom apartment in East Harlem for 1 or 2 more years available July 1st 2018.

The available room is spacious (queen size bed fits well) and has lots of light. The apartment is fully renovated. It has an actual living room, a modernized kitchen (utilities all included) and one bathroom.

Around the house are plenty of shops (Target, Marshalls, Aldi, Cosco), grocery stores and bars. Our area is safe and the subway and bus is right around the corner. We are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
