Harlem hot spot

This is a great place for a student or a young professional. On a quiet street located close to the trains on the east side and west side. Also next to the metro north which provides easy exit for day excursions to hike or snow shoe depending on the months. There is good street parking and a citibike rack across the street making it a simple bike ride to the top of Central Park at 110th st.

The neighborhood is young and alive with supermarkets, coffee shops ,restaurants and music venues. All within walking distance of the apartment.

This apartment has two private bathrooms, washer and dryer located inside the residence.. A balcony and access to the roof top deck. Also there is a small gym in the basement with all the necessities for a good work out.

I am looking for a clean respectful roommate. Who will work with me to maintain the relaxed and happy atmosphere that this apartment brings.
