2 Rooms Available in Newly Renovated 3BR, 2BA

We are looking for one roommate to apply to apply with us to rent this apartment. I currently live in the building and the location is amazing. It is on the same block as the 6 train and one block a grocery store and a laundromat. It is also half a mile from Central Park! The room available is a great size (9x10ft) with a spacious closet and huge windows, and it shares a bathroom with one other room. Since it is newly renovated the feel of the space is very clean and modern. I am very into cooking, running, movies (I'm a film student at NYU) and exploring the city whenever possible. Both myself and my roommate are very tidy and hope to create a cozy, peaceful environment in the apartment complete with two adorable cats! We are hoping to find roommates who are as responsible, clean, and hard working as we are, but also like to have fun and relax in their free time.
