Private bedroom in East Harlem

Hey there!
Subletting my awesome and enormous furnished bedroom in Harlem for the month of July with an option to renew the lease on August.

-It?s a 3-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms but one of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom so you will have to share the second bathroom with only one more person:)

- Already furnished with all utilities included. Laundry in basement, washer and dryer only $1.50 each.

-Only 5 minute walk to subway 4/5/6 2/1. Also, plenty of bus options that go downtown.

- Lots of supermarkets like Whole foods only minutes walk and a great park in front of the building where you can enjoy reading a book or playing a sport on these upcoming sunny days!
- Roommates are two awesome girls late 20s. One is a singer/artist and the other is a teacher but the latter may move out early July.

I?m currently subletting this room but I don?t want to renew the lease on August (just found something closer to my job), that is why I only ask for one month upfront (July) without any deposit. Starting August you can sign into the lease and then they may ask you for a deposit.
