All utilities, laundry in building, high floor

I am professional woman in my 30s looking for a woman roommate to sign 1 yr lease starting 12/1. You would have to qualify with the building. This is for one bedroom within a two bedroom one bathroom apartment. I will be your roommate. The apartment is on a high floor with a balcony, near the 4,5,6 trains. All utilities are included in the monthly cost. There is also laundry in the building on the 1st floor.

A little about myself, I am originally from South Florida and have been in NYC for three years now. I work in higher education (professor and administrator) and usually have long days, as such I truly think of home as a place to relax. I have been in Higher Ed for about 10 years.

It takes just under 20 minutes to get from the apartment to grand central since we are near the stop that has both the express 4 and express 5, along with the local 6.

I love to be outside, explore the city and to travel (I just returned from speaking at a conference in Indonesia and Dubai). Please feel free to ask me any questions.
