Roommate needed ASAP

Hello. I?m moving out and my lovely roommate needs a replacement for me. Apartment is a lovely 2 bed 1 bath on the 24th floor of a high rise with a lovely view of the west side of the city. This means you have beautiful views of the sunset every day as well. There?s a mini balcony to step out into as well. The building has a 24hour doorman and electronic key entry into the main entrance. The only extra to the rent is cable and WiFi.

My roommate is a laidback, quiet, responsible, respectful, and clean person. Home is where she comes to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. She leaves the partying outside.
