This is a high-riser in the center of East harlem, doorman and elevator building with laundry facility on the ground floor. In this apartment unit of 3 bedrooms, one bedroom is available for rent at $980 a month, the other available at $955. Looking for 2 persons to renew and sign the lease with the original lease holder. The electricity and gas are included in the rent. You don't pay for water. Internet WIFI fee will be divided by 3 and each will pay their share. There is already one cat in this apartment. I would be open to maybe another cat as long as this cat gets along with other cats, and also if you are clean and responsible cat owner.
